No. In most cases, an out-of-network provider is not bound by the plan. Our attorneys have been successful in recovering amounts significantly in excess of what the medicare fee schedule allows.

Our attorneys are licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. However, we have contacts across the country and handle cases from coast to coast.

Depending upon the nature of the matter, our attorneys work at a competitive hourly rate or on a contingency basis. Typically matters in which we are defending our clients in litigation are billed at an hourly rate; transactional matters, including real estate purchases, are billed at a flat rate; and provider recovery is generally billed on contingency.
