His practice includes representation of medical providers, financial institutions, real estate developers, health care facilities, and a range of business entities and individuals in complex disputes, investigations, litigations, examinations, and administrative and enforcement proceedings.

Dara J. Lawall, Esq. is a founding member of Lawall & Mitchell, LLC. A member of the state and federal courts in the tri-state area, she has an extensive background in civil litigation, concentrating on provider revenue recovery and professional liability errors and omissions – overseeing high risk and high exposure matters for clients in the construction, engineering, and architecture industries nationwide.
Nick Savio

Nick has extensive experience in civil litigation in both the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey, especially in the area of medical revenue recovery, and has experience representing public boards of education throughout New Jersey in the areas of collective bargaining, personnel, tenure and seniority, policy formation, and litigation. Prior to joining Lawall and Mitchell, LLC, Nick maintained his own practice representing clients in civil and municipal court matters throughout central and northern New Jersey.
