Dara J. Lawall, Esq. is a founding member of Lawall & Mitchell, LLC. A member of the state and federal courts in the tri-state area, she has an extensive background in civil litigation, concentrating on provider revenue recovery and professional liability errors and omissions – overseeing high risk and high exposure matters for clients in the construction, engineering, and architecture industries nationwide.
On the opposite side of litigation, Dara also has extensive training in alternative dispute resolution, with a long-standing track record of success at mediation. She understands some matters are best suited for resolution in a forum other than the courtroom, and takes care to assess each of the important factors in determining the appropriate method for reaching resolution – including the needs of her clients, their tolerance for litigation, and the associated ongoing costs of litigation.
