Nick joined Lawall and Mitchell, LLC in 2022 after working for large and medium size firms throughout New Jersey. He has extensive experience in civil litigation in both the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey, especially in the area of medical revenue recovery, and has experience representing public boards of education throughout New Jersey in the areas of collective bargaining, personnel, tenure and seniority, policy formation, and litigation. Prior to joining Lawall and Mitchell, LLC, Nick maintained his own practice representing clients in civil and municipal court matters throughout central and northern New Jersey.
Nick graduated from Rutgers – Camden School of Law in 2013 and went on to clerk for the Honorable Darrell J. Fineman, J.S.C. in Cumberland and Salem counties. Nick is also an accomplished writer and public speaker having been published by the New Jersey School Boards Association and prior to 2018, was a regular presenter to the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials and the Seton Hall Superintendent Study Council. Nick is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey.
